PURPOSE OF STORING PERSONAL DATA

Nautic360 processes your personal data to contact you by phone and/or email regarding scheduling a photoshoot or as requested by you.

Additionally, Nauticc360 may use your personal data in connection with the execution of a contract for services that has been entered into with you.

PERIOD OF STORING PERSONAL DATA

Nautic360 retains your personal data for an indefinite period to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected. This data is stored on an external drive and used explicitly when necessary for the assignment.

Nautic360 only provides your personal data to third parties when it is necessary to execute an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

General visit data is kept on Nautic360’s website (www.nautic360.nl), including the IP address of your computer and the time of the visit. This data can be used for analyses of visitor and click behavior on Nautic360’s website.

Nautic360 uses this information to improve the functionality of the website. This data is not provided to third parties and is anonymized as much as possible.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Nautic360 uses Google Analytics to track how visitors use the website and how effective Nautic360’s AdWords advertisements are on Google search result pages.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. A request for access, correction, or deletion can be sent to info@nautic360.com. Nautic360 will respond to your request within 30 days.
